Standard Control Valve

The Fisher GX is a compact, state-of-the-art control valve and actuator system, designed to control a wide range of process liquids, gases, and vapors.

The GX is rugged, reliable, and easy to select. It requires no actuator sizing -- the actuator selection is automatic once the valve body construction is
selected.
The optimized design results in reduced complexity and parts count. As a result, the cost of maintenance is reduced.

Sanitary Control Valve

The Baumann Sanitary Control Valve range is designed to satisfy the stringent demands of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. These valves are in compliance with 3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. requirements.

Standard Regulator

Sanitary Regulator

The Type SR5 Regulator is a compact, large capacity, direct-operated pressure reducing regulator. It is designed for use in applications where a sanitary design is essential, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or food and beverage industries. The unit is available in ¹/₂ through 1 ¹/₂ - inch sizes with end connections that will match up to Tri-Clamp^® sanitary fittings. The Type SR5 is suitable for use in steam, liquid or gas service.

Control Disc

Control-Disk™ rotary valve offers excellent throttling performance. An equal percentage flow characteristic provides an improved throttling range comparable to that of a segmented ball valve. This improved capability allows you to control closer to the target set point, regardless of process disturbances, which results in a reduction in process variability.

V-Ball Control Valve

Vee-Ball™  is a segmented ball valve which features a patented contoured segmented V-notch ball.

The V-notch ball produces an equal-percentage flow characteristic allowing for wide rangeability and a broad control range.

The segmented ball also provides a non-restrictive flow path through the valve allowing for high capacity flows.

The Vee-Ball valve features a variety of seals to allow for excellent shutoff and shearing between the ball and seal upon closure. Options include noise/cavitation reduction trim, high nickel alloy and titanium bodies.

The splined drive shaft of the Vee-Ball combines with a variety of power and manual actuators to provide reliable, high-performance throttling or on-off operation for many different applications.

DVC 2000 Positioner

The DVC2000 Series digital valve controller is simple to use, compact, and designed for easy mounting. It converts a 4−20 mA input signal into a pneumatic output signal, which feeds the control valve actuator. Instrument setup is performed with a push button and liquid crystal display (LCD) interface.

This interface is protected from the environment within a sealed enclosure.

The interface supports multiple languages, including German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and English.
