Continuous Batch

There has been a move within the leading Pharma companies to utilise the advances in technology to progress beyond conventional Batch technology.

ESI have been involved in separate projects for leading Pharma companies, either as equipment suppliers or as fabricators for the complete production units.

As can be seen from the pictures above the skids are compact yet fully accessible.

ESI introduced the concept of plug and play sub modules allowing maximum production flexibility, with all sub modules accessible either by removing them from the system or via a service suite that runs down the middle of the module.

This allows for both mechanical and electrical connectablility. The control systems can be, as in this case, Emerson Delta V or a control system of your choice.
