Temperature Control Units / Heating Cooling Packages

Industry has many applications that need the temperature of a system to be controlled. Examples include LPHW, TCHW, heating & cooling and reactor jacket services. Temperature control systems including temperature control modules can be supplied from small to large scale units depending on process applications.

ESI systems are designed to give critical temperature control when required for both heating and cooling applications.  We take the system from a P&ID that we generate or one supplied by the client.

Indirect heat transfer systems can be supplied with shell and tube or plate and frame exchangers, to suit the end user’s specifications, all skid mounted with duty/standby arrangements if required.

Units can be supplied as standalone systems to be controlled by the end user’s DCS or BMS System or complete turnkey systems with on-board control/PLC Functionality.

ESI manufactures Skids in accordance with ISO 9001 / PED and ATEX Requirements.
